About the Role
The Senior Talent Sourcer plays a pivotal role in Rockstar's mission to revolutionize recruitment by blending human expertise with GenAI technology. This position is crucial in delivering high-quality, flexible, and efficient recruiting support to smaller employers. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the last-mile review of both inbound and outbound candidate pipelines, ensuring the highest level of quality and alignment with the role.Day-to-day, this entails using proprietary AI-powered tools to scale impact and collaborating directly with clients to refine candidate targeting. The focus is on reviewing profiles with precision, prioritizing standout candidates, and guiding high-value outreach. This is not a coordination-heavy or inbox management role; instead, it demands a deep understanding of what makes a candidate exceptional and the ability to communicate this effectively to clients.
What You Will Do
- Perform final reviews of candidates before they are submitted to clients, ensuring a high level of quality and fit.
- Prioritize top candidates and flag standout profiles for personalized outreach.
- Provide quality control across sourced pipelines, guaranteeing high fit before screenings.
- Build targeted LinkedIn Sales Navigator searches for each role to identify ideal candidates.
- Select benchmark candidates to align sourcing with hiring manager expectations.
- Pre-decline clearly unqualified candidates to streamline the recruitment process.
- Collaborate directly with clients and the team to refine candidate targeting and improve outcomes.
- Utilize proprietary GenAI tooling to streamline work and enhance efficiency.
- Share technical and process-related feedback to improve AI tools and sourcing systems.
What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in sourcing, recruiting, or talent acquisition, with a proven track record of success.
- Deep familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and Sales Navigator, as well as a strong understanding of how to leverage these tools for optimal results.
- Strong ability to assess fit from a resume or LinkedIn profile alone, with a keen eye for detail and potential.
- Experience recruiting for US-based roles, with an understanding of US hiring standards and cultural nuances.
- Clear, professional communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with clients and candidates.
- Highly detail-oriented with a strong sense of quality control, ensuring that only the best candidates are presented to clients.
- Comfortable working with AI tools and excited to help shape their development and application in recruitment.
- Self-starter with the ability to manage time and priorities independently, working remotely with minimal supervision.
