About the Role

The Senior Tech Lead Mobile Developer role at SKELAR is a unique opportunity to lead the development of cutting-edge mobile applications. As a key member of the tech team, you will be responsible for overseeing the development of iOS and Android apps, ensuring they are aligned with the company's vision and goals. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and leading mobile projects, with a strong understanding of React Native, Swift, or Flutter. What You Will Do

  • Develop and lead the development of mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms
  • Design and implement AI-integrated features to enhance user experience
  • Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces
  • Work with the product team to define and prioritize project requirements
  • Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for cloud-based services (AWS)
  • Integrate third-party APIs, including OpenAI and other analytics tools
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure high-quality code standards
  • Manage and mentor junior developers to improve their skills and knowledge
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in mobile development and AI
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly
  • Participate in the development of the company's tech strategy and roadmap

What We Are Looking For

  • Strong experience in mobile development (iOS, Android, or both)
  • Proficiency in React Native, Swift, or Flutter
  • Hands-on experience with AI-driven technologies and their integration in mobile apps
  • Strong understanding of AI/LLM API (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.)
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud services (AWS)
