About the Role
Clerk is seeking a Senior Technical Account Manager to join its Solutions team, serving as a technical advisor and integration partner for strategic accounts.Responsibilities
- Own and manage a portfolio of accounts, providing guidance on complex integrations and advocating for customers within the company
- Drive revenue retention and expansion through proactive risk identification and upsell opportunities
- Collaborate with Support to build efficient escalation paths and ensure consistent customer experiences
- Create and maintain technical documentation and internal knowledge resources
