Job Description
About the Role
Clickhouse is seeking a Senior Technical Customer Support Engineer to provide exceptional service to customers in Japan and beyond. As a key member of the support team, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, from resolving support tickets to partnering with the Go To Market team on technical aspects of proof-of-concepts.Responsibilities
- Own a variety of tasks, including support tickets, community support, and pre- and post-sales customer activities
- Work closely with the Support Services team, Engineering, and Product Management to define functionality required by users and customers
- Develop solutions based on ClickHouse Cloud and ClickHouse open-source that can be shared with users, community, and customers via documentation, knowledge base, blogs, meetups, webinars, and training
Requirements
- Proficiency in tools like Adjust and Excel
- Strong technical skills and ability to learn quickly
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
Nice to Have
- Experience working with customers in Japan or similar markets
- Familiarity with cloud-based technologies and data analytics
