About the Role
As a Senior Technical Instructor at Semperis, you will be responsible for designing, delivering, and continuously improving technical training programs for internal teams, partners, and customers. Your expertise will focus on Active Directory, identity, and security, ensuring that learners acquire the skills they need to excel in their roles. You will work closely with subject matter experts across functions to develop engaging, learner-friendly content that meets the needs of highly technical audiences.The role entails collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify training needs, develop curricula, and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs. Your day-to-day activities will include creating instructional materials, facilitating workshops and boot camps, and assessing learner outcomes. You will also contribute to the development of best practices in instructional design and delivery, ensuring that Semperis's training programs remain at the forefront of the industry.
What You Will Do
- Design and deliver technical training programs for internal teams, partners, and customers
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop engaging, learner-friendly content
- Develop instructional materials, including presentations, guides, and assessments
- Facilitate workshops, boot camps, and other training sessions
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and identify areas for improvement
- Contribute to the development of best practices in instructional design and delivery
- Work with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and develop curricula
- Create and manage training plans, schedules, and budgets
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including SMEs and learners
What We Are Looking For
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise IT, with a focus on Active Directory, identity, and security
- 6+ years of experience designing and delivering technical training for highly technical audiences
- Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills
- Proven ability to translate complex, technical subject matter into engaging, learner-friendly content
- Demonstrated experience collaborating with and managing SMEs across functions
- Strong instructional design skills, with experience developing curricula and assessments
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
- Experience with learning management systems and other training technologies

- Experience with cloud-based identity and security solutions
- Knowledge of instructional design models and methodologies
- Experience with agile development methodologies
- Certification in instructional design or a related field
