Job Description

About the Role

The Senior Technical Partner Manager is a critical role at Armada, responsible for managing the company's most important partner relationships across the full stack. This includes working with silicon and hardware OEMs, hyperscalers, and ISVs to design joint solutions, reference architectures, and enablement assets. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and the ability to communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

As a Technical Partner Manager, you will be the primary technical point of contact for a portfolio of strategic partners. You will work closely with Armada's engineering and product teams to prioritize integration work and ensure that partner relationships are scalable and efficient. Your technical expertise and business acumen will be essential in driving the success of these partnerships.

What You Will Do

  • Own the technical relationship with a portfolio of strategic partners spanning hardware OEMs, silicon vendors, hyperscalers, and ISVs
  • Act as Armada's technical voice with partner engineering and product organizations
  • Build trusted relationships with partner CTOs, chief architects, solution architects, and alliance leaders
  • Design joint solutions and reference architectures that combine Armada's edge platform with partner hardware, software, and cloud services
  • Partner with Armada product and engineering to prioritize integration work
  • Run hands-on technical validation, including PoCs, bake-offs, and interop testing
  • Design the operating system for technical partnerships at Armada, including intake, qualification, technical deep-dives, architecture reviews, enablement, escalation paths, QBRs, and exit criteria
  • Instrument the program with metrics that matter and iterate the process against them
  • Translate complexity, teach, and evangelize the Armada platform to audiences ranging from a partner's CFO to their kernel engineer
  • Represent Armada at partner events, technical council

What We Are Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in a technical partner management role, preferably in the edge computing or cloud infrastructure space
  • Strong technical background, with experience in software development, engineering, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience working with GTM and Adjust, or similar technologies
  • Strong business acumen, with experience in driving business growth through strategic partnerships
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and circumstances

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with hyperscalers, such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
  • Experience working with silicon and hardware OEMs, such as NVIDIA, Dell, or HPE
  • Experience working with ISVs, such as Databricks or the AI/ML ecosystem
  • Certification in a relevant field, such as cloud computing or data science
  • Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment
