## About the Role As a Senior Technical Product Manager at ASAPP, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's AI-powered customer experience platform. Your primary focus will be on owning the layer of ASAPP's platform that connects GenerativeAgent to the real world, encompassing integrations, SDKs, agent interoperability, voice channels, and the developer experience. This is a high-impact position that requires a deep understanding of technical product management, a customer-obsessed mindset, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Your day-to-day activities will involve setting and executing the strategy for a product surface that spans API Connections, developer SDKs, Agent-to-Agent (A2A) interoperability, MCP servers, workflows, and telephony integrations. You will work directly with engineering leads and be the PM voice in conversations with customers, account teams, and executive stakeholders.
## What You Will Do - Own the API Connections platform and manage the backlog of platform bets, ensuring alignment with customer needs and company goals.
- Manage the commercial relationship with third-party providers, negotiating contracts and ensuring compliance with company standards.
- Define and execute the A2A and MCP server roadmap, deciding how and when to expose these externally and shaping broader strategies for coherent team execution.
- Lead the developer SDKs, owning the roadmap and ensuring investments stay aligned with the underlying platform to provide a seamless developer experience.
- Manage telephony and platform integrations, acting as the connective tissue between ASAPP's solution and customers' CCaaS stacks.
- Triage inbound requests with a bias toward disciplined execution, saying no cleanly and early when necessary to maintain focus on key objectives.
- Own external documentation, defining the structure, processes, and standards and working with the team to execute a docs-first approach.
- Set strategy and own the roadmap, balancing active customer commitments, tech debt, and platform bets to drive continuous improvement.
- Work directly with customers and account teams to prioritize and sequence delivery, maintaining ruthless prioritization and saying no with clarity and evidence when necessary.
- Establish metrics and telemetry for each product area, ensuring outcomes are measurable and decisions are data-driven.
- Extreme ownership, taking responsibility to deliver and not waiting for direction.
- Experience in technical product management, preferably in AI-powered customer experience platforms or similar technologies.
- Strong understanding of integrations, SDKs, and voice channels, with the ability to drive technical discussions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
