What You Will Do
- Partner with key stakeholders to gather requirements and align on goals, priorities, and timelines.
- Write detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and product specifications that guide the development process.
- Work closely with engineers and designers to deliver high-quality product features from conception to delivery.
- Prioritize backlog items, manage dependencies, and guide trade-off decisions to ensure timely and effective product delivery.
- Identify technical risks and collaborate with engineers to solve complex problems, ensuring that products meet both user and business needs.
- Define, track, and analyze product and system metrics to inform product strategy and improve future development.
- Mentor junior product managers and contribute to building a collaborative, high-performing product culture within the organization.
- Ensure that all products are developed with scalability, reliability, and user experience in mind, aligning with Heyo's mission to deliver exceptional digital solutions.
What We Are Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in product management or a related role, with a proven track record of guiding products from conception to launch.
- Experience managing a product from 0-1, with a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities in early product development.
- Comfortable working with engineering teams and translating technical concepts to stakeholders, demonstrating strong technical acumen.
- Experience managing client expectations and multiple competing priorities, with excellent communication and project management skills.
- A data-driven decision-maker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to balance user needs with technical and business considerations.
- User-focused with a technical mindset, able to navigate complex technical landscapes and prioritize features based on user needs and business objectives.
- Experience defining product metrics and using data to inform product strategy and development decisions.

- Experience in agile environments with distributed teams, with a strong understanding of how to manage remote collaborations effectively.
