About the Role
Gitlab is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead complex, cross-functional programs within the Engineering Division. This fully remote role requires strong async communication skills and the ability to own programs end-to-end.Responsibilities
- Lead multiple cross-functional programs across Gitlab's Engineering division
- Bring structure to initiatives spanning Engineering, Product, Finance, Legal, and Go-to-Market
- Deliver programs from kickoff to retrospective and strengthen program practices
Requirements
- Proven experience in technical program management
- Strong technical expertise and coordination skills
- Ability to work in a fast-moving, remote environment
