Job Description

## About the Role Webflow is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to drive clarity, coordination, and momentum across high-impact initiatives that improve developer experience and engineering efficiency. As a key member of the Developer Productivity team, you will partner closely with Engineering, Product, and cross-functional teams to deliver programs spanning tooling, enablement, and vendor systems. Your expertise in GTM will be crucial in aligning stakeholders and driving scalable practices. Day-to-day, you will lead multiple complex programs, own the developer experience measurement program, and navigate ambiguity to bring structure to complex problem spaces. Your ability to treat AI as a core part of how work gets done will be essential in embedding it into team workflows and raising the bar for productivity and execution. The ideal candidate will have experience working with developer experience or productivity measurement tools, survey design, metrics interpretation, and driving adoption among engineering leaders. They will also have a strong background in technical program management, leading cross-functional engineering programs, and partnering with technical stakeholders to break down complex engineering challenges. ## What You Will Do - Lead multiple complex, cross-functional programs within Developer Productivity, such as dev tooling, CI/CD improvements, local dev environments, and testing infrastructure.

  • Own the developer experience measurement program, including configuring and maintaining survey snapshots, establishing baseline metrics, and driving iterative improvements to tooling based on signal from the data.
  • Lead and manage enablement and rollout of Productivity tools and improvements.
  • Navigate ambiguity and align stakeholders around loosely defined goals, bringing structure to complex problem spaces.
  • Embed AI into developer workflows and program execution, identifying and integrating AI-powered tools to standardize and scale improvements in speed, quality, and team efficiency.
  • Align stakeholders across Engineering, Product, Design, and GTM, surfacing risks and dependencies early.
  • Partner with technical stakeholders to break down complex engineering challenges into clear execution plans and milestones that drive toward abstract goals.
  • Apply judgment in ambiguous situations: frame tradeoffs, facilitate prioritization, and bring clarity to complex problems.
  • Develop repeatable frameworks, processes, and metrics that improve execution across multiple programs.
  • Serve as a thought partner to Directors and Engineering Managers, improving their ability to manage execution.
## What We Are Looking For - 4-6+ years of experience in technical program management or similar, leading complex, cross-functional engineering programs.
  • Experience working with developer experience or productivity measurement tools, survey design, metrics interpretation, and driving adoption among engineering leaders.
  • Strong background in GTM, with the ability to align stakeholders and drive scalable practices.
  • Ability to treat AI as a core part of how work gets done, embedding it into team workflows and raising the bar for productivity and execution.

  • Strong communication and project management skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and bring structure to complex problem spaces.
## Nice to Have - Experience with AI-powered tools, such as codegen, automation, and copilots.
  • Knowledge of Pluralsight Flow, LinearB, or similar developer experience tools.
  • Familiarity with Webflow's AI-native digital experience platform.
