Job Description

About the Role

As a Senior Technical Recruiter at abridge, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining the company's Platform and ML Engineering teams. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include managing the full recruiting lifecycle for these teams, from sourcing and screening candidates to negotiating offers and closing deals. You will work closely with Engineering leadership to understand technical requirements, team dynamics, and hiring priorities, and will be responsible for driving inclusive recruiting practices that attract diverse talent and create equitable hiring experiences for all candidates.

What You Will Do

  • Own the full recruiting lifecycle for Platform Engineering and Machine Learning roles
  • Partner strategically with Engineering leadership to understand technical requirements and hiring priorities
  • Source passive candidates through creative outreach, networking, and building strong talent pipelines
  • Drive inclusive recruiting practices that attract diverse talent and create equitable hiring experiences
  • Enhance the company's employer brand by representing its mission and culture to the technical community
  • Optimize recruiting processes to ensure efficient, candidate-friendly experiences
  • Provide data-driven insights on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and recruiting metrics
  • Negotiate offers and close deals with top-tier technical talent
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate decisions across various audiences
  • Utilize ATS and other recruiting tools to streamline the hiring process

What We Are Looking For

  • 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience at fast-growing startups or high-growth technology companies
  • Proven track record of successfully recruiting senior-level Engineering and Machine Learning talent in competitive markets
  • Strategic partnership skills, with experience being a trusted advisor to hiring managers
  • Business acumen, with the ability to assess team skill gaps and determine optimal role requirements
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with technical candidates and articulate complex role requirements clearly
  • Strong project management abilities, with experience juggling multiple priorities and managing stakeholder expectations
  • ATS proficiency, with hands-on experience using and optimizing recruiting technology and tools
  • Passion for healthcare technology and understanding of how AI can transform patient outcomes

Nice to Have

  • Experience working in the healthcare technology industry
  • Knowledge of AI and Machine Learning principles and applications
  • Familiarity with recruiting tools and technologies, such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Glassdoor
