About the Role
The Senior Technical Recruiter position at CareerMentors is a unique opportunity for experienced recruiters to work with a renowned company in the industry. As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for technical roles, including software, DevOps, data, product, and security. Your day-to-day tasks will involve partnering with founders, CTOs, and hiring leaders to understand their recruitment needs and providing tailored solutions.The role requires a high level of autonomy, as you will be working independently with minimal oversight. You will be expected to source, engage, and close senior-level technical candidates, build and maintain high-quality technical talent pipelines, and manage interviews, feedback, and offers end-to-end. Your excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills will be essential in representing CareerMentors with professionalism, speed, and integrity.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of clients, from startups to established companies, and recruit for various technical positions. Your strong, active network of engineers and technical professionals will be a significant asset in this role.
What You Will Do
- Own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles, including software, DevOps, data, product, and security
- Partner directly with founders, CTOs, and hiring leaders to understand their recruitment needs
- Source, engage, and close senior-level technical candidates
- Build and maintain high-quality technical talent pipelines
- Manage interviews, feedback, and offers end-to-end
- Represent CareerMentors with professionalism, speed, and integrity
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet client needs
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless recruitment processes
- Utilize Excel to track and analyze recruitment data
What We Are Looking For
- 5-10+ years of technical recruiting experience, preferably in a startup or high-growth tech environment
- Strong, active network of engineers and technical professionals
- Proven track record of closing mid-to-senior level technical roles
- Ability to operate independently with full ownership of searches
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong performance mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Excel and ability to track and analyze recruitment data
- Experience working with founders, CTOs, and hiring leaders
- Knowledge of the technical recruitment industry and current market trends
