About the Role
The Senior Technical Recruiter position at Turing is a key component of the company's talent acquisition strategy, focusing on identifying and hiring top technical talent across various disciplines. You will be responsible for building and maintaining a robust pipeline of qualified candidates, leveraging various sourcing channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, GitHub, and niche platforms. Your expertise in Boolean search, talent mapping, and market intelligence will be crucial in identifying and engaging the best talent for the company.

What You Will Do
- Own and manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation
- Conduct intake meetings with stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates using various sourcing channels and tools
- Screen and evaluate candidates for technical capability and culture fit
- Manage the interview process, ensuring a seamless candidate experience and driving stakeholder alignment
- Lead offer negotiations and candidate closing conversations
- Provide market intelligence and insights to stakeholders, including compensation benchmarks, talent mapping, and competitor analysis
- Track pipeline metrics and maintain ATS hygiene, using tools like Greenhouse
- Continuously improve hiring processes for speed and quality, leveraging data-driven decision-making and best practices
What We Are Looking For
- 4-8+ years of technical recruitment experience, with a proven track record of managing full-cycle hiring independently
- Experience hiring for technical roles, including Engineering, AI/ML, Data, Security, or other related disciplines
- Strong sourcing expertise, including Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and talent mapping
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to drive alignment and decision-making
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, with a focus on quality and speed
- Exposure to India/US/global hiring, with an understanding of the cultural and regulatory nuances of each market
- Strong data-driven decision-making skills, with the ability to track and analyze recruitment metrics
Nice to Have
- Experience working with AI and ML technologies, with a deep understanding of the technical requirements and challenges of these roles
- Knowledge of the Indian job market, with a network of contacts and sources in the technical recruitment space
- Experience with ATS systems, including Greenhouse, and the ability to maintain data hygiene and accuracy
- Certification in recruitment or a related field, such as CPC or CIR
