Job Description

About the Role

Close is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to join their team. The successful candidate will partner with Engineering and Talent to build a technical sourcing engine, evaluate candidates, and improve the hiring process.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain a technical sourcing engine
  • Evaluate candidates and consistently improve the process
  • Partner with Engineering and Talent to maintain and raise the bar for technical talent

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in B2B SaaS technical recruitment
  • Technical enough to be dangerous, able to make evaluations on skillset fit
  • Ability to dig into the specifics of projects, stack experience, and make sound judgement calls
