About the Role

As a Senior Technical Sourcer at Hightouch, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and sourcing top engineering talent to drive the company's growth. Reporting to the SVP of Engineering, you will work closely with hiring managers and recruiters to build a deep understanding of the requirements for each role and develop effective sourcing strategies.

The engineering team at Hightouch is expanding rapidly, with plans to double in size over the next year. As a result, the need for a skilled technical sourcer who can source high-quality candidates efficiently has never been more critical. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include analyzing job requirements, developing targeted search strategies, and engaging with potential candidates to build a robust pipeline of talent.

What You Will Do

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies to attract top engineering talent.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the requirements for each role and develop targeted search plans.
  • Utilize creative and innovative methods to source candidates, including social media, professional networks, and job boards.
  • Engage with potential candidates through email, phone, and in-person meetings to build relationships and assess fit.
  • Manage and track candidate pipelines, ensuring timely follow-up and communication throughout the hiring process.
  • Analyze hiring metrics and provide data-driven insights to improve the sourcing process.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical sourcing.
  • Participate in interviews and provide input on candidate selection.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of candidate interactions and hiring decisions.

What We Are Looking For

  • At least 3 years of experience in technical sourcing or a related field, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong understanding of engineering roles and the technical skills required for these positions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with both candidates and hiring managers.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
  • Experience with data analysis and metrics reporting, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing trends and technologies, including AI and cloud data warehouses.
