About the Role
The Senior Technical Sourcer position at Anduril Industries is a critical component of the company's talent acquisition team. As a dynamic and experienced technical sourcer, you will be responsible for proactively identifying, engaging, and nurturing top-tier technical talent to support the company's innovative environment. As a Senior Technical Sourcer, you will be an integral part of the talent acquisition team, working closely with hiring managers and recruiters to understand technical role requirements and align sourcing strategies with broader recruitment goals.
What You Will Do
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, market research, and social media platforms to uncover passive and active technical candidates
- Initiate and develop meaningful relationships with prospective talent through tailored messaging and personalized communication
- Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines for various technical roles, ensuring a steady flow of high-quality candidates
- Partner with hiring managers and recruiters to understand technical role requirements and align sourcing strategies with broader recruitment goals
- Analyze sourcing metrics and candidate data to refine and optimize sourcing strategies and workflows
- Collaborate with fellow sourcers and recruiters to share best practices and drive continuous improvement
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the technical talent market, including trends, challenges, and opportunities
- Utilize tools like Excel to analyze data and track sourcing metrics
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders, including hiring managers and recruiters
What We Are Looking For
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in technical sourcing or recruiting, with a proven track record of hiring for technical roles
- Understanding of modern technology stacks, software development processes, and technical skill sets
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence candidates and stakeholders
- Proficient in using data-driven approaches to evaluate sourcing effectiveness and make informed decisions
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, and other sourcing tools
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
- Ability to work in a remote environment, with minimal supervision
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box
