About the Role
The Senior Technical Success Manager role at Zscaler is a critical position that guides customers through their Zero Trust journey, ensuring the successful adoption and maximization of Zscaler's solutions. As a central post-sales point of contact, this role is responsible for providing expert advice, building relationships, and driving customer success. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of cybersecurity and cloud-native technologies, as well as exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.The role is based in Poland and reports to the Manager of Technical Success Management. The successful candidate will be part of a high-performing team that values customer obsession, collaboration, ownership, and accountability. With a focus on execution and a culture of transparency, this team is dedicated to delivering high-quality results and driving customer success.
The Senior Technical Success Manager will work closely with key customer stakeholders and operational service owners to define and prioritize strategic alignment between customer objectives and Zscaler goals. This will involve providing technical guidance, product insights, and best practices to develop customized strategies for the integration and operationalization of Zscaler solutions.
What You Will Do
- Build and nurture relationships with key customer stakeholders and operational service owners
- Define and prioritize strategic alignment between customer objectives and Zscaler goals
- Provide technical guidance, product insights, and best practices to develop customized strategies for the integration and operationalization of Zscaler solutions
- Manage complex escalations and coordinate resolutions with internal and external teams
- Identify adoption insights and develop risk mitigation plans
- Partner with Zscaler teams to ensure long-term customer success
- Participate in the creation and sharing of intellectual capital, including best practice guides and playbooks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer success and revenue growth
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Zscaler's solutions and their applications
What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in a technical success management or similar role
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity and cloud-native technologies
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and nurture relationships with key customer stakeholders
- Technical expertise in areas such as network security, cloud computing, and AI-powered security solutions
- Experience with Zero Trust Exchange platforms and cloud-native architectures
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to navigate complex technical issues
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong organizational and time management skills
