About the Role

AHEAD is looking for a Senior Technical Writer to play a pivotal role in shaping the clarity and effectiveness of their technical documentation across a range of services and platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain high-quality technical documentation for ServiceNow implementations, managed services operations, and other technical projects.
  • Collaborate with technical and non-technical teams to gather information and translate complex processes into easily understandable texts.
  • Enhance and uphold documentation standards and best practices.
  • Manage the documentation lifecycle for multiple projects simultaneously.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 4 years of technical writing experience, with a strong portfolio showing a wide variety of writing experiences across operations, engineering, and other technical areas.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Excel and other productivity tools.
