What You Will Do
- Author, review, and annotate technical tasks to evaluate AI model performance on computer science problems
- Develop and maintain high-quality technical documentation, including user manuals, guides, and tutorials
- Collaborate with the engineering team to identify and prioritize documentation needs
- Create and edit technical content, including blog posts, articles, and whitepapers
- Conduct research to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the field
- Participate in the development of style guides and content standards
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the company's products and services
- Create and deliver training sessions to educate team members on new technologies and processes
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop customer-facing content
What We Are Looking For
- PhD in Computer Science, or MS in CS with 3+ years of engineering, research, or teaching experience, or BS in CS with 5+ years of software engineering, systems, or applied CS practice
- Working fluency in at least two of the following areas: algorithms, systems, databases, networks, ML, theory of computation
- Strong technical writing skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner
- Experience with performance benchmarks, system architecture charts, and algorithmic complexity figures
- Strong research skills, with the ability to conduct thorough research and stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the field
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to ensure accuracy and consistency in all content
- Experience with content management systems and version control tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop creative solutions
