Job Description
About the Role
As a Senior Telecommunications Engineer at Anthology, you will work remotely to enhance and support the telecommunications infrastructure for a leading global EdTech company. You will report directly to the Director of IT Infrastructure.Responsibilities
- Design and implement telecommunications systems and changes.
- Manage installations and ensure the performance of Avaya VoIP systems.
- Oversee the troubleshooting of telecommunications issues and coordinate with external vendors as necessary.
- Conduct preventative maintenance on voice mail and ACD systems.
- Project manage the installation of various telecommunications networks including MPLS and SIP.
Requirements
- Strong experience with VoIP technologies and telecommunications networks.
- Proven ability to manage and deliver network services successfully.
- Knowledge of MPLS, PRI, ISDN, and networking protocols.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with telecom troubleshooting and analytics tools.
- Previous experience in the EdTech sector is a plus.
