## What You Will Do - Design, deliver, and facilitate cohort-based training programs for customers, focusing on structured learning journeys from onboarding to advanced product adoption.

• Develop new, innovative training experiences that integrate physical and digital assets, enhancing the learning experience for customers.
• Produce and adapt training materials in accordance with team standards and brand guidelines, ensuring they reflect product changes and audience needs.
• Proactively leverage in-house and external tools and platforms to optimize training delivery and customer engagement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and to ensure the success of training programs.
• Guide customers through complex platform concepts, making them accessible and actionable.
• Ensure customer success at every stage of their journey, providing support and guidance as needed.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the industry, incorporating this knowledge into training programs.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers and internal teams.

## What We Are Looking For - Proven experience in a training or educational role, preferably in a technology or operations environment.

• Strong proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage audiences and convey complex information in a clear, concise manner.
• Experience in designing and delivering cohort-based training programs, with a focus on customer success and support.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing environments and priorities.

• Knowledge of adult learning principles and experience in applying them in a training context.
