About the Role
As a Senior Typescript Developer at Sidestream, you will be part of a team that is pushing the boundaries of digital innovation. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include building robust applications using TypeScript, Nuxt3, and Vue, as well as collaborating with product managers to conceptualize and implement projects. You will be working in an agile team environment, where you will have the opportunity to mentor and guide junior developers, while also driving innovation and proposing new technologies or methodologies to keep Sidestream at the cutting edge. With a focus on delivering high-quality solutions, you will be responsible for writing clean, production-ready code that makes a real impact. You will also be working closely with the team to identify and prioritize project requirements, and to ensure that all projects are completed to the highest standard. In this role, you will have the flexibility to work remotely, from the modern office in Cologne, or a mix of both. This will allow you to thrive in a environment that suits your needs, while also being part of a driven team that values humor, creativity, and shared experiences.What You Will Do
- Build robust applications using TypeScript, Nuxt3, and Vue
- Collaborate with product managers to conceptualize and implement projects
- Mentor and guide junior developers to help them grow
- Drive innovation and propose new technologies or methodologies
- Write high-quality, peer-reviewed, and production-ready code
- Identify and prioritize project requirements
- Ensure that all projects are completed to the highest standard
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of the codebase
- Collaborate with the team to achieve ambitious goals
What We Are Looking For
- Advanced experience in TypeScript or JavaScript
- Solid understanding of frameworks like Nuxt and Vue
- Full-stack confidence, with the ability to work on both frontend and backend projects
- Leadership skills, with the ability to independently complete projects
- Experience in mentoring and guiding junior developers
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in English
- Ability to work in an agile team environment
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to write high-quality code
