## What You Will Do - Design and develop UI, UX, and graphic design projects for various clients - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and other designers - Communicate directly with clients to understand their needs and preferences - Manage your time effectively to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work - Work independently and collaboratively as part of a remote team - Utilize tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and other design software to create innovative designs - Participate in design discussions and provide feedback to other team members - Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies - Align with existing style guides or brand directions to ensure consistency

## What We Are Looking For - 5+ years of experience in UI & UX design or graphic design - 3+ years of commercial experience with Figma and prototyping tools - Strong design craft, with the ability to build polished, production-ready work from scratch - Clear and confident communication in English, with advanced ability to discuss creative briefs and defend design decisions - High ownership and self-motivation, with the ability to work full-time remotely and manage your own time - Reliability and consistency in delivering high-quality work and meeting deadlines - Strong self-presentation and ability to communicate effectively on client calls - Experience with Product Design and Adobe Creative Suite

## Nice to Have - Experience with AI Agent Architecture, AI Automation Architecture, or other emerging technologies - Knowledge of front-end development and coding languages like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript - Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and version control systems like Git - Certification in design or a related field
