As a Senior UI/UX Designer, you will play a pivotal role in defining the user experience and visual identity of their products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly interfaces for their AI agent-driven Kubernetes management platform.

What You Will Do

  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to understand user requirements and translate them into impactful designs.
  • Design and prototype user interfaces for web applications, ensuring alignment with the brand identity and product goals.
  • Conduct UX research and usability testing to gather feedback and inform design decisions.
  • Develop concepts, wireframes, user flows, mockups, and high-fidelity designs for the AI agent-driven Kubernetes management platform.
  • Optimize designs for accessibility, responsiveness, and performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with UI/UX design trends and best practices, applying them to improve the product.
  • Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of the designs.
  • Participate in design reviews and contribute to the improvement of the design process.
  • Contribute to the development of design systems and guidelines.

What We Are Looking For

  • 3+ years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer or related role.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing web design projects, including user research and understanding of design processes.
  • Proficiency in Figma and managing design systems.
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices.
  • Basic knowledge of front-end development (HTML/CSS) to effectively communicate with developers.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in English, as the team is remote and international.
  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.
  • Experience with AI apps/tools for creating or communicating ideas, wireframes, designs, and prototypes.
