What You Will Do

• Work with developers to ensure accurate design handoff and implementation, leveraging your knowledge of frontend technologies like HTML, CSS, and React.

• Mentor junior designers, providing guidance and feedback to help them grow in their roles and contribute to the team's overall design quality.

What We Are Looking For

• 3–6 years of professional experience in UI/UX design or product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design work.
• Proficiency in Figma and other design/prototyping tools like Framer, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
• Experience working on both web and mobile platforms, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating intuitive, engaging experiences.
• Knowledge of design systems, responsive design, and accessibility best practices, with the ability to apply these principles in your design work.
• Excellent English and communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate design decisions and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
