## About the Role As a Senior UX Designer at Lansweeper, you will play a pivotal role in elevating the user experience across the company's cyber asset intelligence platform. Your primary focus will be on designing end-to-end UX for complex cybersecurity and IT workflows, ensuring that the platform provides intuitive, high-impact experiences for its users. You will be part of a cross-functional domain team, collaborating closely with the Product Manager, Engineering, and PMM to drive the product's UX direction and maturity. The role of a Senior UX Designer in this context is not only about creating aesthetically pleasing interfaces but also about understanding the intricacies of technical systems, risk models, and asset intelligence data. You will need to balance qualitative research, quantitative product data, and AI-augmented insights to design experiences that are both functional and user-friendly. As a senior individual contributor, you will have strong influence on the product's direction and UX maturity, making this an exciting opportunity for those looking to make a significant impact. ## What You Will Do - Own the end-to-end UX design process, including discovery, research, wireframing, prototyping, testing, and delivery - Design for cybersecurity and security-adjacent use cases, such as vulnerability management, risk & compliance, and asset visibility - Translate complex data models and analytical dashboards into intuitive user journeys - Conduct and synthesize user research using tools like Dovetail - Leverage Pendo usage data and analytics to inform data-driven design decisions - Design flows and high-fidelity prototypes in Figma and collaborate in Miro - Contribute to and evolve the design system to ensure consistency across squads - Use AI tools to augment UX workflows, such as research clustering, ideation, and prototyping - Design AI-powered experiences with a focus on trust, transparency, and explainability - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure UX considerations are integrated into product development - Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in UX design, cybersecurity, and AI ## What We Are Looking For - 5+ years of experience as a Senior UX Designer or Senior Product Designer in B2B SaaS - Experience designing cybersecurity or security-adjacent products - Proven experience with complex workflows and data-heavy interfaces - Strong expertise in Figma and design systems - Foundation in user research methodologies and usability testing - Experience using Pendo, Dovetail, or similar research & analytics tools - Understanding of front-end technologies for effective engineering collaboration - Experience integrating AI tools into UX workflows - Strong communication and collaboration skills - Ability to work autonomously and proactively drive initiatives independently ## Nice to Have - Experience with vulnerability management, compliance, risk posture, asset discovery, and identity & access - Knowledge of HTML, CSS, React for front-end development collaboration - Experience with designing for role-based access and permissions - Familiarity with AI-powered design tools and methodologies - Certification in UX design or a related field ## Benefits and Perks - Competitive salary package aligned with industry benchmarks - Full-time, permanent contract - Career growth & learning opportunities in a scaling international tech company - Flexibility in working hours and remote-first work environment - Company events and team offsites - Access to the latest technologies and tools in UX design and cybersecurity - Opportunities for professional development and continuing education - A collaborative and dynamic work environment with a team of experienced professionals
