About the Role

What You Will Do
- Lead foundational, problem validation, and strategic research projects across assigned product areas and beyond
- Drive both brand and product research, including buyer persona development, brand perception studies, and digital experience research
- Develop a deep understanding of users within your area of coverage, including their behaviors, pain points, workflows, and goals
- Identify macro insights that connect across research initiatives, revealing patterns and trends that inform product and marketing strategies
- Build trusted relationships with Product Design, Product Management, Brand, and Marketing counterparts, guiding them to the right research approach
- Communicate complex research findings in a clear and compelling way, increasing empathy across the organization
- Advocate for and socialize actionable insights that drive design and business decisions
- Mentor other researchers and contribute to the development of the Experience Research team's processes and best practices
- Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize research initiatives, balancing impact, product direction, and company objectives
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor landscapes
What We Are Looking For

- Deep mixed-methods research experience, with a strong foundation in qualitative and quantitative research methods
- Ability to communicate complex research findings in a clear and compelling way, both written and verbal

- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or Sociology
- 5+ years of experience in UX research, with a focus on product and marketing research
- Proficiency in research tools and software, such as UserTesting, TryMyUI, or similar

- Experience working in the tech industry, with a focus on DevSecOps or related fields
- Knowledge of AI-powered features and emerging technologies, such as machine learning or natural language processing
- Certification in UX research or a related field, such as UX design or human-centered design
