The Senior Wealth Strategy Consultant position at Curvion Blue is designed for experienced financial professionals who are passionate about helping high-net-worth individuals and families navigate complex retirement tax planning strategies. As part of a fast-paced financial services organization, you will be working in a high-performance environment that values consultative sales and premium client experiences.Day-to-day, you will conduct pre-scheduled Zoom consultations with prospective clients who have expressed interest in advanced retirement tax planning strategies. Your goal will be to assess their current situation, educate them on available strategies, and determine whether Curvion Blue's services are the right fit. A dedicated planning team will handle implementation after the client enrolls, allowing you to focus on what you do best: building trust and providing expert guidance.

What You Will Do
- Conduct 25-30 pre-scheduled Zoom consultations per week with high-net-worth prospects
- Use a proven diagnostic framework to assess each prospect's retirement situation and tax exposure risks
- Educate prospects on advanced retirement tax mitigation and Roth conversion planning concepts
- Create meaningful 'epiphany moments' that help prospects understand the long-term impact of tax planning decisions
- Build trust and credibility through clear, consultative communication
- Guide prospects through the decision-making process without relying on pressure-based sales tactics
- Manage follow-up conversations and pipeline activities
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience
- Continuously update knowledge of tax planning strategies and industry developments
What We Are Looking For
- CFP (Certified Financial Planner) certification or similar financial planning credentials
- 5+ years of experience in financial planning, wealth management, or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with high-net-worth clients
- In-depth knowledge of retirement tax planning strategies, including Roth conversions and tax mitigation techniques
- Experience with consultative sales or a strong desire to transition into a consultative role
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment with a focus on results
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to simplify complex financial concepts
- Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for client communication and engagement

- Previous experience in a remote or distributed work environment
- Familiarity with CRM software or similar tools for managing client interactions and pipelines
- Additional certifications, such as CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst)
