About the Role

The Senior Workflow Coordinator position at Qurate Retail Group is a key role within the Planning Analytics & Operations team, focusing on maintaining accurate promotional workflows, recurring reporting, and operational processes. This role is ideal for individuals with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and experience in supporting deadlines and cross-functional coordination. The successful candidate will be working remotely, with occasional visits to the West Chester office, and will be part of a team that values collaboration and open communication.

Reporting to the Manager, Business Analytics, this role requires a high level of independence, self-motivation, and the ability to adapt to changing business needs. The Senior Workflow Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring that all workflows, reports, and processes are up-to-date and accurately communicated to team members. This involves close coordination with various stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of operational tasks.

What You Will Do

  • Maintain and update calendars, trackers, and supporting documentation to ensure accuracy and timely communication to team members.
  • Prepare weekly reports, summaries, and status updates that support team operations and business execution.
  • Review forms, files, and data for completeness and consistency, identifying gaps before they impact downstream teams.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional partners to collect missing information, clarify details, and ensure deliverables are on schedule.
  • Manage intake, routing, documentation, and process tracking, escalating delays or issues as needed.
  • Support the team in managing multiple priorities and adjusting to changing business needs while maintaining quality and accuracy.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and propose solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in business operations and adjust workflows accordingly.

What We Are Looking For

  • 1+ year of experience with Microsoft Excel, including using formulas, organizing data, and reviewing reports for accuracy and completeness.
  • 1+ year of experience managing multiple priorities and adjusting to changing business needs while maintaining quality and accuracy.
  • 1+ year of experience independently investigating issues, taking action, and escalating when needed.
  • 1+ year of experience coordinating several tasks at once while maintaining accuracy and meeting timelines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high degree of self-motivation and flexibility.
  • Experience with workflow management tools and software is a plus.
