About the Role

The Senior Workforce Management Analyst will be a key member of the Business Planning and Workforce Management team, focused on maximizing the utilization and benefits of the Workforce Management platform.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize systems and analytics to optimize service performance and delivery
  • Provide actionable reporting and data insights to foster a data-driven culture
  • Drive measurable process improvements within the Service and Clinical Operations teams
  • Conduct ROI and amortization modeling, tying operational performance to the financial model
