Senior Zendesk Business Systems Analyst

About the Role

Responsibilities

• Own the design, configuration, and maintenance of our Zendesk instance and associated integrations.
• Partner with Customer Support and Operations teams to deliver tailored systems solutions.
• Collaborate closely with program managers, data, systems, and engineering teams to enable world-class customer experiences.

Requirements

• Strong application configuration, system architecture, and workflow building skills.
• Experience with Salesforce and Excel.
