The day-to-day responsibilities of this role will include preparing, editing, testing, and sending newsletters to clients based on pre-built templates, using platforms like Highlevel and Service Titan. The specialist will also develop and populate blog content using AI tools for clients in WordPress and the company's syndication platform, ensuring that all content is optimized for SEO.
What You Will Do

- Optimize blog posts for SEO, including keyword research and meta description writing.
- Manage basic WordPress tasks such as posting blogs, adding images, and ensuring all content is SEO-friendly.
- Collaborate with the team to brainstorm new content ideas and marketing strategies.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in content marketing and SEO.
- Use Google Sheets and other tools for data analysis and content planning.
- Participate in product and industry research to stay informed about the latest developments.
- Ensure all content meets the company's quality and style guidelines.
- Assist in the creation of engaging headlines and meta descriptions.
- Collaborate with designers to create visually appealing content.
What We Are Looking For
