What We Are Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in service coordination, operations, or project support
  • Strong analytical and reporting capability, with proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (e.g., SAP)
  • Understanding of project management principles and practices
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with ability to work proactively in a collaborative environment
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product teams
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with ability to identify and mitigate risks
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
