What You Will Do
- Perform daily operations of service routing and scheduling, ensuring compliance with operational processes and productivity standards.
- Maintain an accurate database of planning and regulatory requirements for each county and municipality.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for project communications, liaising with customers, crew members, and other stakeholders.
- Proactively communicate with customers throughout each project phase, including follow-up after completion.
- Ensure that site plans are completed, collected, and filed accurately, evaluating them for accuracy and legitimacy.
- Initiate communication to prompt the permitting process, once site plans are complete.
- Communicate with customers regarding lead times and project timelines.
- Maintain, document, and publish project timelines, requesting utility surveys as necessary.
- Submit tank set service orders according to project timelines and service reservation calendars.
- Obtain approval from the Customer Service Manager (CSM) for applicable pricing and fees associated with regulatory processes.
- Request necessary inspections during project phases and follow up to gain inspection approvals.
- Record, file, and communicate project information accurately.
What We Are Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- At least 5 years of customer service experience.
- Advanced Excel skills, with the ability to maintain complex spreadsheets and databases.
- Basic accounting skills, with knowledge of financial principles and practices.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Typing and data entry experience, with high accuracy and speed.
- Proven telephone communication skills, with the ability to interact with customers and stakeholders.
- General PC skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with routing and distribution software is preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, with a strong focus on customer service.
- Must be a Citizen or National of the United States, a lawful permanent resident, or have authorization to work in the United States.
