About the Role
The Service Planner position at Rentokil Initial is a vital part of the company's operations, responsible for end-to-end service planning, data accuracy, and system usage. As a key member of the team, the Service Planner will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and timely service delivery. This role reports directly to the Assistant Operations Manager, Operations Manager, Assistant Branch Manager, or Branch Manager, providing opportunities for professional growth and development.The Service Planner will be an integral part of a multi-functional team, collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to achieve company objectives. With a focus on customer relationships and service delivery, the successful candidate will be responsible for developing proficiency in company software, supporting digital transitions, and maintaining data accuracy.
What You Will Do
- Develop proficiency in company software, including iCABS and SCP, to ensure 100% active and >95% usage of Service Companion
- Support digital transition and maintain the accuracy of consumption, TOS, and service data
- Coordinate with IT for new users or device-related issues to ensure minimal disruptions to service delivery
- Ensure error-free documentation and adherence to the ticket-based callout process
- Organize daily, weekly, and monthly service schedules for all technicians across contract, jobbing, renewals, and complaints
- Prioritize planning to reduce service backlog and ensure on-time delivery
- Liaise with Sales and Service teams to accommodate urgent visits and resolve STOP/termination issues
- Track technician-wise productivity, efficiency, and service delivery KPIs
- Maintain and report the SOS daily, weekly, and monthly, including GSS SOS
- Provide regular updates on backlogs, critical issues, ageing profiles, and complaint trends
- Assist AOM/OM/ABM/BM in monitoring field KPIs
- Coordinate with Sales and Operations for technician routing, slot availability, and routine adjustments
What We Are Looking For
- Minimum graduate with 0-1 years of relevant experience in service planning or a related field
- Basic computer skills required, with advanced proficiency being a plus
- Knowledge of MS-Office/G-Suite
- Detail orientation and planning and organizing skills
- Analytical thinking and customer focus
- Negotiation skills
- Ability to work as part of a multi-functional team
- Experience in managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
