What You Will Do
- Investigate and identify strategies to optimize business operations and services
- Define business requirements to inform technology build and operations
- Source and analyze relevant data to evaluate the effect of projects on business results
- Assess the efficiency and performance of technology to deliver expected business results
- Identify and analyze malfunctions, system workflow, and troubleshoot issues raised by the business
- Elicit requirements and analyze feasibility to ensure solutions/initiatives achieve expected business outcomes
- Support various project teams across the project lifecycle to ensure development is aligned with business requirements
- Develop informative, coherent, and usable project documents for multiple stakeholders covering functional and non-functional business requirements
- Apply depth of domain & functional expertise for the assigned portfolio to drive expected business value
- Break down strategic problems, and analyze data and information to provide insights and recommendations
- Build test cases to validate business requirements and End-User Testing results

- Foundational level of proficiency in Agile Delivery and Development
- Data analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
- Learning Agility with a proven ability to adapt to new technologies and processes
- Intermediate level of proficiency in Process improvement and optimization, Organization process optimization, and Business architecture frameworks
- Stakeholder Analysis and Management skills with experience in managing multiple stakeholders
- Digital Fluency with a strong understanding of digital technologies and trends
- Systems Thinking with the ability to analyze complex systems and processes
- Verbal & written communication skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas simply
- Collaboration & team skills with experience working in cross-functional teams

- Advanced level of proficiency in Business requirements definition and analysis
- Experience with Insights development and reporting
- Knowledge of Application functional design and Functional Analysis
