About the Role

As a Service Technician at Carrier, you will be part of a team providing high-quality service and customer satisfaction. You will visit customers to install, maintain, and troubleshoot heat pumps and/or boilers, and be part of an availability service where most issues can be resolved over the phone.

Responsibilities

  • Install, maintain, and troubleshoot heat pumps and/or boilers
  • Provide high-quality service and customer satisfaction
  • Participate in an availability service

Requirements

  • At least two years of experience as a service technician for heat pumps and/or CV boilers
  • F-gas certificate (category I) for heat pumps
  • SCIOS Scope 1 (minimum), Scope 2 is a strong asset for boilers
  • Valid driver's license and Certificate of Conduct
