Job Description

About the Role

Accenture Federal Services is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of our Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and Discovery solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of data governance and operational processes critical to the federal sector.

Responsibilities

  • Lead architecture and design of CMDB and Discovery implementations.
  • Align technical approaches with Common Service Data Model (CSDM).
  • Configure Discovery and MID Servers, ensuring seamless integrations.
  • Establish data governance to support compliance and audit readiness.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience with ServiceNow.
  • 3-5+ years leading CMDB & Discovery implementations.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of CSDM, Service Mapping, and ITIL v4.
  • Proficient in integrating with platforms like SCCM, VMware, and cloud services.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with cloud discovery (AWS/Azure) and performance tuning.
  • Experience in scripting with JavaScript, REST, and APIs.
  • Additional certifications such as ServiceNow CIS - Discovery, or ITIL v4 Foundation are a plus.
