About the Role

The Account Executive position at SevenLab is a unique opportunity to drive business growth and help companies harness the power of AI. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for acquiring new clients and expanding existing accounts within the SMB and enterprise segments. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include managing the complete sales cycle, from lead to contract, and working closely with the development team to define impactful AI projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong affinity for technology and excellent presentation skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex AI concepts to clients. You will be expected to work proactively and independently, with a hunter mentality and a focus on delivering results.

As an Account Executive, you will play a critical role in driving this growth and helping to shape the future of AI software development.

What You Will Do

  • Actively acquire new clients and expand existing accounts within the SMB and enterprise segments
  • Advise clients on AI possibilities and translate their needs into concrete AI SDaaS solutions
  • Develop and present proposals for AI development services to C-level stakeholders
  • Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead to contract
  • Collaborate with the development team to define impactful AI projects
  • Contribute to the commercial strategy and continuously improve the sales process
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships as a trusted advisor for AI innovation
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying this knowledge to drive business growth
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of SevenLab's products and services
  • Provide feedback and insights to the development team to improve AI solutions

What We Are Looking For

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in software/SaaS/IT services
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Strong affinity for technology and the ability to clearly explain complex AI concepts
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
  • Proactive and independent work style, with a hunter mentality
  • Experience with consultative selling and solution-selling methodologies
  • Good command of Dutch and English, with a third language being a plus
  • Experience in the AI/ML sector or with selling development services is a plus
  • HBO/WO work and thinking level

Nice to Have

  • Experience with CRM systems and sales tools
  • Knowledge of the IT and software development industries
  • Familiarity with AI and machine learning technologies
  • Certification in sales or a related field
