## What You Will Do - Annotate or label text, images, or audio to train AI systems - Evaluate search results, ads, or chatbot responses for quality and relevance - Create and test prompts to improve large language models (LLMs) - Ensure content reflects cultural, linguistic, or industry-specific accuracy - Collaborate with a global community of contributors to achieve project goals - Work on various projects that align with your skills and interests - Participate in training and development programs to improve your skills - Provide feedback and suggestions to improve the quality of AI systems - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in AI and machine learning - Contribute to the development of new projects and initiatives

## What We Are Looking For - Native or near-native fluency in French - Based in France, Spain, Morocco, Tunisia, Belgium, Cte d'Ivoire, Switzerland, Haiti, or Senegal - English proficiency - Comfortable with digital tools and technologies - Detail-oriented and curious about tech - Strong understanding of cultural and linguistic nuances - Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a remote team - Strong communication and problem-solving skills - Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and deadlines

## Nice to Have - Experience working with AI systems or machine learning models - Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) or computer vision - Familiarity with agile project management methodologies - Certification in AI, machine learning, or a related field
