What You Will Do

• Annotate or label text, images, or audio to train AI systems
• Evaluate search results, ads, or chatbot responses for quality and relevance
• Create and test prompts to improve large language models (LLMs)
• Ensure content reflects cultural, linguistic, or industry-specific accuracy
• Work on projects that vary by scope and complexity, all aimed at building more accurate and inclusive AI
• Collaborate with a global team of contributors to achieve project goals
• Utilize digital tools to complete tasks and contribute to project success
• Meet deadlines and manage your workload effectively in a remote environment
• Participate in training and development opportunities to improve your skills and knowledge
• Provide feedback and insights to help improve the quality of AI training data

What We Are Looking For

• Native or near-native fluency in Odia
• Based in India, with the ability to work remotely
• English proficiency, with the ability to communicate effectively in a global team
• Comfortable with digital tools and technologies
• Detail-oriented and curious, with a passion for technology and AI
• Ability to work independently and manage your workload effectively
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new projects and tasks
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
