What You Will Do

• Annotate text, images, or audio to train AI systems, ensuring that the data used is accurate, relevant, and culturally sensitive.
• Evaluate search results, ads, or chatbot responses for quality and relevance, providing feedback that enhances AI performance.
• Create and test prompts to improve large language models, contributing to the development of more sophisticated and human-like AI interactions.
• Ensure that content reflects cultural, linguistic, or industry-specific accuracy, bridging the gap between human understanding and AI interpretation.
• Collaborate with a global team of contributors, sharing insights and best practices to elevate the quality of AI data and systems.
• Engage with digital tools and platforms, continuously updating your skills to meet the evolving needs of AI development.
• Contribute to the development of safer, smarter AI by identifying and mitigating biases in AI systems.
• Participate in community forums and discussions, fostering a culture of inclusivity and innovation within Welo Global's network.

What We Are Looking For

• Native or near-native fluency in Persian, with a strong understanding of its nuances and cultural context.
• Based in Afghanistan, with the ability to work remotely and manage your time effectively.
• English proficiency, capable of communicating clearly and collaboratively with a global team.
• Comfortable with digital tools and technologies, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new platforms.

• Experience in annotation, evaluation, or content creation for AI systems, or a related field such as linguistics or cultural studies.
