This issue is currently impacting the company's ability to collaborate effectively with external partners, and the chosen candidate will need to bring their expertise to bear on this complex problem.The role entails working closely with the development team to identify and resolve the issue, as well as implementing new solutions to enhance the functionality of the SharePoint site. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SharePoint's capabilities and limitations, as well as experience with Excel and Microsoft.
In terms of team context, the successful candidate will be working remotely as part of a distributed team. They will need to be self-motivated and able to work independently, with regular check-ins with the development team and management.
What You Will Do
- Resolve the issue with the SharePoint site's ability to send and receive forms from agencies
- Implement new solutions to enhance the functionality of the SharePoint site
- Work closely with the development team to identify and resolve technical issues
- Design and implement custom solutions using SharePoint and Excel
- Develop and maintain documentation for the SharePoint site and its applications
- Collaborate with external partners to integrate their systems with the SharePoint site
- Analyze and troubleshoot issues with the SharePoint site and its applications
- Develop and implement data validation and error handling mechanisms
- Ensure compliance with company security and data integrity policies
