What You Will Do

• Manage and maintain Siebel infrastructure, including Windows and Linux environments
• Design and implement workflows and batch jobs to ensure efficient operations
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance
• Collaborate with the development team to ensure seamless integration of new features and updates
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system diagrams and process maps
• Work closely with the QA team to ensure high-quality deliverables
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of the codebase
• Develop and implement automation scripts to improve efficiency and reduce manual errors

What We Are Looking For

• Expert-level knowledge of Siebel infrastructure, including Windows and Linux environments
• Deep understanding of Siebel architecture and Oracle Database administration
• Solid experience in managing and maintaining large-scale databases
• Pro-level Siebel administration skills, including SRF and EAI
• Hands-on experience with Siebel workflows and batch jobs
• Familiarity with Batch Frameworks and their optimization
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

Nice to Have

• Basic AWS exposure, including experience with cloud-based infrastructure
• Experience with MQ Integrations and their implementation
• Perl scripting skills, including the ability to develop and maintain scripts
• Experience working with Agile methodologies and version control systems
