About the Role
The Siebel DevOps Engineer role at Fintech HI.RE is a critical position that will involve working on high-impact banking programs. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing Siebel infrastructure and workflows, ensuring seamless operations and resolving technical issues. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role that requires a deep understanding of Siebel architecture and expertise in Oracle Database administration.The successful candidate will be working with a top-tier global consulting firm, collaborating with a team of experienced professionals to deliver enterprise-scale platforms in banking. What You Will Do
- Manage and maintain Siebel infrastructure, including Windows and Linux environments
- Design and implement workflows and batch jobs to ensure efficient operations
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure seamless integration of new features and updates
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system diagrams and process maps
- Work closely with the QA team to ensure high-quality deliverables
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of the codebase
- Develop and implement automation scripts to improve efficiency and reduce manual errors
What We Are Looking For
- Expert-level knowledge of Siebel infrastructure, including Windows and Linux environments
- Deep understanding of Siebel architecture and Oracle Database administration
- Solid experience in managing and maintaining large-scale databases
- Pro-level Siebel administration skills, including SRF and EAI
- Hands-on experience with Siebel workflows and batch jobs
- Familiarity with Batch Frameworks and their optimization
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

- Basic AWS exposure, including experience with cloud-based infrastructure
- Experience with MQ Integrations and their implementation
- Perl scripting skills, including the ability to develop and maintain scripts
