About the Role

Day-to-day, you will be working closely with the site management team to ensure that projects are completed efficiently and to a high standard. Your ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively will be essential in this role. What You Will Do

• Manage site projects from conception to completion, utilizing digital tools to track progress and communicate with team members
• Collaborate with the site management team to develop and implement project plans
• Utilize digital skills to analyze data and identify areas for improvement
• Work closely with colleagues to ensure that projects are completed efficiently and to a high standard
• Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including clients and suppliers
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues, utilizing problem-solving skills to resolve problems
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
• Contribute to the development of the company's digital strategy, sharing ideas and insights with the team
• Provide support and guidance to junior colleagues, mentoring and coaching as required

What We Are Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in a labourer or similar role, with a strong understanding of site management principles
• Digital skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with project management software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and identify areas for improvement
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on achieving results
• Physical ability to work in a site environment, with the ability to lift and move heavy objects
• High school diploma or equivalent, with relevant certifications or training in site management
• Strong attention to detail, with a focus on quality and accuracy

Nice to Have

• Experience with data analysis and reporting, including the use of digital tools to track progress
• Knowledge of site safety protocols and procedures, with a strong focus on risk management
• Certifications or training in First Aid, with the ability to provide support and assistance in emergency situations
• Experience with team leadership or management, with the ability to motivate and inspire colleagues
