## About the Role As a Site Reliability Engineer at GoHealth Urgent Care, you will play a critical role in maintaining the reliability, security, and performance of our customer-facing web and mobile applications. As a Site Reliability Engineer, you will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies, including Azure DevOps, Node.js, and ReactJS, and contribute to the development of new features and services that enhance our customers' experiences. ## What You Will Do - Monitor, maintain, and optimize production web applications for reliability, uptime, and performance.

  • Collaborate with frontend and backend developers to ensure robust application health and efficient data flows.
  • Triage, investigate, and drive customer support issues to resolution, performing root cause analysis and minimizing downtime.
  • Lead efforts to identify, remediate, and document security vulnerabilities in application code, partnering with security teams for best practices.
  • Implement and maintain application-level monitoring, logging, and alerting to proactively identify and address issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless end-to-end customer experiences.
  • Create and maintain technical and procedural documentation for systems, integrations, and processes.
  • Manage and optimize Azure DevOps pipelines, CI/CD processes, and production deployments.
  • Ensure compliance with security frameworks and regulations, such as OWASP, CVSS, and MITRE ATT&CK.
  • Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support for our applications.
## What We Are Looking For - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; demonstrated experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree.
  • 4+ years of professional experience in software development with a focus on application maintenance, customer support, and reliability engineering.
  • Experience remediating security vulnerabilities and implementing secure coding practices.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance application performance in high-scale production environments.
  • Experience with monitoring, logging, and observability tools (e.g., New Relic, Datadog, Splunk, Azure or AWS observability).
  • Hands-on experience working with and developing backend technologies and frameworks, including Node.js, TypeScript, SQL/NoSQL databases.
  • Hands-on experience working with and developing frontend technologies, including ReactJS, NextJS, Vercel.
  • Strong experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and production deployments.
  • Familiarity with container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (Azure preferred).
## Nice to Have - Experience in healthcare or other highly regulated industries.
  • Familiarity with security frameworks (OWASP, CVSS, MITRE ATT&CK).
  • Experience with automated testing, infrastructure-as-code (Terraform), and event-driven architectures.
  • Certification in Azure or AWS technologies.
