## About the Role As a Siting Team Member at Haven, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the holiday park. ## What You Will Do - Safely transport, position, and site caravans in line with safety protocols, park guidelines, and site plans.

  • Level, connect, and secure caravans, ensuring each unit is properly prepared for guest use.
  • Assist with caravan relocation and removal as needed.
  • Conduct basic maintenance tasks on caravans, including exterior cleaning and minor repairs.
  • Inspect caravans for any safety or functionality issues and report findings to the maintenance team.
  • Work closely with the wider facilities team to provide seamless, high-quality service across the park.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of the siting process.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive and guest-focused approach.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of park procedures and guidelines.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in caravan sitting.
## What We Are Looking For - Previous experience in Caravan Siting, or a similar role in construction, maintenance, or general labor.
  • Full valid Driving License with the relevant category for driving tractors, gators, and other agricultural machinery.
  • Ability to operate siting equipment and basic hand tools safely and effectively.
  • Strong attention to safety protocols and a commitment to maintaining a safe, compliant workplace.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and guests.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Basic IT skills, including proficiency in Excel and Adjust.
  • Physical fitness and ability to lift and maneuver heavy objects.

  • Knowledge of caravan maintenance and repair.
