Job Description

About the Role

As a Smartsheet Configuration Consultant at Rgp, you'll play a critical role in delivering Advisory Services engagements, working closely with clients to understand their business needs and developing intuitive Smartsheet solutions to meet those needs. You'll be responsible for maintaining project portfolio tracking and reporting, applying PPM frameworks to help clients prioritize and govern their portfolios, and developing clear, client-ready deliverables. What You Will Do

  • Support delivery of Advisory Services engagements, working closely with clients to understand their business needs and develop tailored Smartsheet solutions
  • Maintain project portfolio tracking and reporting using Smartsheet, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of client-ready deliverables
  • Apply PPM frameworks to help clients prioritize and govern their portfolios, developing clear and actionable recommendations
  • Develop and deliver training and support programs for clients, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to effectively use Smartsheet
  • Conduct business process analysis and design, identifying opportunities for improvement and developing solutions to meet client needs
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop new solutions and services, staying up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the industry
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and support
  • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to develop innovative solutions for clients
  • Participate in professional development programs, staying up-to-date with the latest skills and knowledge required for success in this role
  • Contribute to the development of thought leadership and marketing materials, showcasing Rgp's expertise and capabilities in the market

What We Are Looking For

  • 3-5+ years of experience in strategy or management consulting, with a strong focus on process design and technology enablement
  • Hands-on experience with Smartsheet, including configuration, implementation, and maintenance
  • Demonstrated experience with project portfolio management frameworks, including Agile and Waterfall methodologies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business problems and develop effective solutions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues
  • Collaborative team player mindset, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional client service and support
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or related field
  • Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of business operations and the ability to develop effective solutions to meet client needs

Nice to Have

  • Experience with other project management tools and technologies, such as Asana, Trello, or Microsoft Project
  • Certification in Smartsheet or other project management methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum
