Job Description
## About the Role The Senior Business Development Manager will play a crucial role in identifying and closing Tier 1 mobile apps across EMEA and the US. As a key member of REPLUG's Performance Ads team, you will be responsible for owning the entire commercial process, from prospecting new clients to launching and scaling campaigns. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include building and managing your own pipeline of opportunities, negotiating deals, and collaborating with internal teams to drive revenue growth.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the mobile advertising ecosystem and a strong network of relationships with app advertisers in the region. With a focus on programmatic channels, OEMs, SDK Networks, and Rewarded Ads, you will be well-versed in the latest trends and technologies in mobile performance advertising.
As a senior member of the team, you will also be expected to contribute to the development of REPLUG's sales playbook and outbound strategies, helping to drive the company's continued growth and success.
## What You Will Do - Identify and close new business opportunities with Tier 1 mobile apps across EMEA and the US - Build and manage your own pipeline of opportunities, maintaining a consistent flow of qualified leads - Negotiate deals and collaborate with internal teams to launch and scale campaigns - Develop and execute outbound strategies to drive revenue growth - Present performance advertising opportunities to mobile advertisers, highlighting the benefits of REPLUG's Performance Ads solution - Close deals independently, with a focus on achieving revenue targets - Attend industry events and represent the company in speaking engagements, promoting REPLUG's expertise in mobile performance advertising - Contribute to the development of REPLUG's sales playbook and outbound strategies - Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to drive alignment and ensure successful campaign execution
## What We Are Looking For - 3+ years of experience in AdTech, affiliate networks, or performance marketing sales - Proven track record of closing deals and driving revenue growth in mobile performance advertising - Strong understanding of the mobile advertising ecosystem, including programmatic channels, OEMs, SDK Networks, and Rewarded Ads - Ability to generate pipeline independently and maintain a consistent flow of qualified leads - Experience working with mobile apps, advertisers, or UA teams, with a strong network of relationships in the region - Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to present complex ideas and solutions to clients - Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to operate autonomously, with a focus on achieving revenue targets - Fluent English required, with any other European languages (especially German, French, or Spanish) a plus
## Nice to Have - Experience working with mobile growth agencies or performance marketing companies - Knowledge of the latest trends and technologies in mobile performance advertising, including programmatic channels and Rewarded Ads - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze campaign data and optimize performance - Experience with sales playbooks and outbound strategies, with a focus on driving revenue growth
