About the Role
The Social Content Designer & Producer role at Josie Maran is a unique opportunity for a creative and tech-savvy professional to join a dynamic team. As a key member of the marketing department, you will be responsible for designing and producing engaging social content that resonates with the brand's audience. Your day-to-day tasks will involve collaborating with the VP of Marketing and other team members to develop innovative content strategies and manage digital campaigns across various platforms.The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the current digital landscape and be well-versed in the latest trends and technologies. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines to ensure seamless execution of campaigns. Your reporting structure will include regular check-ins with the VP of Marketing to discuss progress, brainstorm new ideas, and align with the company's overall marketing strategy.

What You Will Do
- Design and produce high-quality social content, including graphics, videos, and written posts, that align with the brand's tone and aesthetic
- Develop and implement social media strategies that drive engagement, increase brand awareness, and boost conversions
- Manage and schedule content across multiple social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Pinterest
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create cohesive campaigns that integrate social media, email marketing, and paid advertising
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track performance, identify areas for improvement, and adjust strategies accordingly
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and platform updates to ensure the brand remains competitive
- Create and curate content for Instagram Stories, Facebook Live, and other emerging formats
- Develop and maintain a content calendar that ensures consistent posting and minimizes gaps in content
- Work with the marketing team to brainstorm new ideas, concepts, and initiatives that drive social media growth and engagement
What We Are Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in social media marketing, content creation, or a related field
- Strong portfolio that showcases your design and production skills, including examples of social media content, graphics, and videos
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro
- Experience with social media management tools, such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or Buffer
- Knowledge of social media analytics and metrics, including engagement rates, reach, and conversions
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling social media posts and captions
- Strong understanding of brand voice and tone, with the ability to adapt to the Josie Maran brand aesthetic
- Experience working in a remote team environment, with the ability to self-motivate and manage priorities
